EVERYBODY in the entire world has a pile of Not Good Enough Stuff, but sadly, very few actually do the work to heal their pile. Anxiety and depression are at an all-time high across the entire world.

This will continue unless we choose to heal our Not Good Enough Stuff, aka NGES. Doing so heals the NGES for EVERY generation after us. This self help blog will explain the creation of NGES.

In addition, you’ll learn how thoughts and behaviors all lead back to those piles.Gaining understanding of where our “issues” come from is essential to our healing.

Chances are that you have some ideas of where your NGES came from, but digging deeper into the subconscious can allow for healing all the way down to the soul level.

In other words, you cannot begin to heal it until you know where your pile came from.
